- In your own words, what do you do at Lippincott?
I manage and work with our employees on a wide array of areas: performance management, policies and procedures, comp & benefits and employee relations. Each day brings something new!
- Who has influenced you most in your career? 但怎样才能做到这一点呢？
One of my former managers — she was always so positive and saw the good in everything. I remember this when things get tough and look to find the good in the situation.
- If you weren’t in this profession, what would you be?
A pastry chef — I have always wanted to go to culinary school.
- Who do you most want to meet? What would you say to them?
Ray Lamontagne — I am a big fan of his music and think he is incredibly talented. I would probably be tongue-tied but I would ask him where he gets his inspiration for his music.
